VICTORY OUTREACH LONDON CITY CHURCH
In August 2011 David and Janet started a Victory Outreach church in West London. From that church plant, Victory Outreach London City Church has increased steadily year after year.
We've seen drug addicts, alcoholics and gang members completely changed, rediscovering their sense of dignity. Young families have found a place to belong and are now looking forward to a bright future. We've seen success through solid Biblical teaching, an emphasis on relationships, and by providing people with opportunities to put into practice what they have learned.
In May 2017, after moving from our first location in a community centre on Becklow Road Shepherds Bush to the Acton Active Centre in Acton West London, David and Janet started reaching out into Hackney, East London.
Their vision is to open more Victory Outreach churches around London; churches that will not only make an impact in London and in the UK but go on to make an impact all over the world.

Paul and Vicky Lloyd have been the senior pastors of Victory Outreach Manchester Church since October 2003 and are on a mission to see lives transformed through relationship with Jesus Christ. They are determined to use any influence they have been given to build people.
Victory Outreach Manchester Church began with a handful of people in one of the roughest parts of the city of Manchester. The church is now a few hundred people strong and has launched four other churches in Liverpool, London, Birmingham and Glasgow.
Sonny and Julie Arguinzoni
FOUNDING PASTORS OF
VICTORY OUTREACH INTERNATIONAL
In 1967, Sonny and Julie Arguinzoni were led by God to start a ministry dedicated to reaching the hurting people of the world's inner cities. They began in a small building on Gless St. in the heart of East Los Angeles, and began reaching out to the surrounding areas.
From those humble beginnings more than fifty years ago, God has developed a worldwide ministry still dedicated to the original vision. Yet their vision has expanded from just reaching drug addicts and gang members, to impacting people from all walks of life. Today Sonny and Julie continue to inspire the work locally and lead the ministry internationally.
